The 5962-9475701HXA is a is a 14-Bit, 1 MHz (1MSPS) Analog to Digital (A/D) Converter with no pipeline delay. It is a Standard Microcircuit Drawing (SMD) model of ADC-927/883 and is controlled the USA Defense Logistic Agency (DLA).  The 5962-9475701HXA offers  a ±5V Input range and samples input signals up to Nyquist frequencies with no missing codes. The 5962-9475701HXA features outstanding dynamic performance including a THD of –80dB.
