The ADS-939A is a 16-bit, 10MHz sampling A/D converter. Functionally complete. No missing codes over full military temperature range. Edge-triggered, ±5V, ±12V or ±15V supplies, 1.5 Watts, Small, 40-pin, ceramic TDIP, 82dB SNR, –86dB THD, Ideal for both time and frequency-domain applications, -55°C to +125°C operating temperature range, High Reliability Screening.
