The SHM-14 features excellent dynamic specifications including an Analog Bandwidth of 70 MHz. The SHM-14 is accurate (±0.5 LSB to 14-bit over the full military temperature range) and is very fast (25ns and 35ns acquisition times to accuracies of 12 and 14 bits respectively). SHM-14 is guaranteed to operature between -55°C to +125°C temperature ranges.
